How this type of lights are called ?

A friend give to me one light that get from some guy that fall and completely broken, but it is working. Plastic is break up everywhere and magnetic holder for light completely fall out but it is working.

I google it I found that is some Germany brand Berner : https://shop.berner.eu/de-de/p/24384168-pocket-flood-light-10-w.html?art...

But it is 100$ Facepalm It is very bright and very very flood light, have 2 modes high and mid.
Spec from manufacturer said 1000 lumens on high and 500 on mid, which I think it’s 100% correct, since light is very strong, it can’t go into my measuring device because it is too big, but I measure amp readings and it is 3.07A on high and 1.66 on mid. Also it write that battery is 4400 mAh.

It have micro usb port on other side for charging and 4 levels of indications of charge process, also an power button.

If someone is interested here is inside :

Cob led

Battery 2× 18650

Inner look

Electronics

What is problem ? Problem is that my friend goes mad for this light and he want it and want couple of them for village. But PRICE Facepalm
So does anyone know how this kind of light are called so I can search for them and I need some much much more cheaper ‘‘Chinese alternatives’‘ ?

Or can you suggest something similar ?

It need to be simple 2-3 modes, micro usb rechargeable, power indicator when battery is charged, also how much power is in battery and when it need charge, and something in this kind of shape so it can be places in for exaple stable when you need to feed animals at night and similar situation.. Of course cheaper is better !

I would call that a portable work light. Lots of them in Homedepot.
The correct question however is: what is it in Chinglish?

Chinese+English mixed in together.

Grammar in English and Chinese is different, so you get grammatically wrong sentences, which can lead to misunderstandings Facepalm

Look for the add’s where you can buy: outdoors, tactical, hunting, fishing, resque, survival and worklights. Combined in one tiny 1*AAA body Wink .

Edit: sorry, forgot military and law enforcement usage.

Working lights are expensive.
Scangrip is also a reputable brand beside berner.

You can search on http://pandacheck.com for

work light
or
Portable flood light

That gives you an idea what to search for.
But most are not good.
Crappy COB, PWM, battery issues.

I would search ebay for scangrip or berner
