This is a high current 18650 cell from Vapcell and with the lower capacity it usual means it is good at high current.

The discharge curves tracks nicely and the cell can deliver 30A with about the same capacity

Conclusion

This is a good high current battery and it can deliver a lot of current and like all high current batteries there is a trade-off in capacity.
