I thought it was nice that Efan includes a US/EU wall plug and a car plug.
The X4 has a USB discharging ability. In order to use the X4 has a power bank, you will need at least one 18650 or greater battery inserted into one of the slots and the power cable must be unplugged. It charges devices at @5V and @1A. I see this as a bonus feature, but not as a secondary feature since it wasn't designed specifically as a power bank (e.g., no cover to keep the batteries from popping out inside a backpack). I support you could just wrap a rubber band around the batteries to keep them in place, but that's not so elegant.
For aesthetics only and not real vents for heat dissipation, but honestly, the charger doesn't get hot enough for me to worry about overheating issues at 2A charging mode.
A US/EU wall plug and a cart charger is included. Nice.
You can insert an 18650 battery in, select 2A mode, but as soon as you insert a 3rd battery in, the mode automatically drops to 1A.
So far, I'm pleased with this charger.
