The 3 and the D look like they should be legit, at least look as they should on flat tops. I have fake flat top 30Q’s from Az and real 30Q’s from Mtn. Electronics and that is the difference that I was told to look for and noticed with mine. Not sure if this is the case with button tops.

I am about to buy them from a guy in my city he claims he bought them from bangood. Do they look like original 30q button top?

I don’t think yours will fit in the battery carrier. The top is to big, it looks like to me. They look more like a very slightly raised flat top “to me”. Hard to tell from a picture for sure though.

Can you try them in the battery carrier before you buy them?? (If the light you plan to use has a carrier that is.)

No, Samsung does not make button tops. All button tops are added by a third party.

I do not know if they are fake or real. They certainly do NOT look like BT’s to me. A hybrid BT?

BT in middle is a Mt. Electronic BT. BT on either end are Liionwholsale Robust BT.

Yeah correct, that’s right; Samsung does not make button tops. But Bangood offers “button tops”, so somebody added them.

The questions, as I see it; are….

  • 1. Did they do it correctly
  • 2. Is it a proper size standard button top
  • 3. Will it fit correctly in a battery carrier with reverse polarity protection

They look like the 30Q button-tops I bought from Banggood last year. I use them in battery carriers and lights that require button tops, so he should be good to go with those.

Exactly from all the images they do look like 99% Banggood 30Q Button tops.If you go to BG link of BLF GT for sale those batteries are recommended by them

I agree. As I said above, it is very hard to tell by the picture; but something looks off about those to me. The diameter of the button tops looks bigger than normal or something.
But, if they end up fitting; so what. :wink:

I got some 35E’s with the crappy button tops like the one in the middle with the BLF Group Buy.
They just barely make contact with the carrier, and I mean BARELY!!!

I would much rather have the “Robust Button Top” from LiionWholsale. All the 30Q Button Tops I have bought from them were of the “Robust” vintage. :wink: . :+1:
