Can’t find any such thing after a quick G-Search. Anyone know anything about the model?

Just got one in the mail, takes 26650 and 26980 cells, triple emitter, nice tight hotspot.

Showed up in a package from an address I don’t know with no invoice or anything else.

Seems to match specs/looks of Nightwatch Avaritia NA40SE…
