This charger can be found at this price fairly frequently, but I wanted to give a heads up that this was happening soon.
There are other item pages for this charger from the same LiitoKala Official Store seller, but those appear to come only with EU power supplies and their prices vary slightly.
At any rate, the linked page seems to be the āprimaryā item page as itās offering better Anniversary Sale discounts than the others.
Shipping is the usual 20-38 days to the US, so this is not a quick way to obtain this charger.
Banggood currently has a price of $21.99 on this charger and free shipping to the US from BG is usually, but not always, faster. $22 is not such a great deal, however.

Just wanted to note AguassissiMās post with other deals on this charger.
WARNING: The most noteworthy offering is the bare charger for $9.99. However, you canāt add the bare charger to your cart; you have to choose an EU or US adapter for $10 more. This is false advertisement, imo.
If you do buy a bare charger on AE or elsewhere, this $2 power supply appears to be like the one in the kit, though getting high-quality power supplies from China is extremely difficult. The photos all show the EU plug, but there is an option for a US plug.
The LiitoKala kit power supply is rather minimal, but itās more likely to work than a random one.
I would like to draw your attention that today the price for this charger/analyzer on Aliexpress is not the best.

Better to wait for sales, although the price will not be the lowest in the entire history of sales.
Thanks for the very useful price archive site, but I am indeed talking about sale prices, though the sale doesnāt start until March 28, as stated. I did note that the upcoming Anniversary prices are fairly routine for this item.
However, the price archive seems to be tracking the bare charger with no adapters, whose pre-sale price is now $18.22. The Anniversary sale price for the bare charger will be $13.02, which will become the 2nd lowest price recorded in that archive. So, this price is not routine as most sales seem to drop to an average of $14.50.
This means that this sale is even better than I first thought, though we only seem to have data for the bare charger. I think it reasonable to assume that the kit prices are derived from the bare charger, so these are indeed excellent prices that may not occur again for another year or more, at least for this particular AliExpress item.
These chargers do go on sale frequently at many online stores, but rarely go lower than this.

Youāre welcome. I was just stumbling through my assortment of āchargerā browser tabs as I kept trying to talk myself into getting an Opus BT-C3100. I need to frequently discharge NiMH cells for a particular application and the Opus will do that without recharging. Iām basically bankrupt and the Opus sells for about $34 at best, so the Lii-500 is the more responsible option.
However, a particular refresh of the AliExpress Lii-500 page showed the new sale prices and my decision was made for me; getting the full Lii-500 kit for half the price of the Opus is difficult to pass up and it leaves me with enough money to buy a new pair of crappy shoes from Walmart .
Iāll just have to find some other way to safely discharge my NiMH batteriesā¦
What time does the āAnniversary saleā start,
I guess it is not a big deal because I see they basicaly take 1-2 cent off the regular price.
I see about $7 off the regular price for the charger + both adapters shipped to the US. Regular price is $22.27, and the Anniversary sale price is $15.94. Already have one in the cart.
China is approximately 12 hours ahead of us in the US, so the sale may start tonight. I'll try to check before I go to bed.
Edit: According to the countdown clock on the Lii-500 page, the sale starts at 3 AM EDT tomorrow, or 11 PM tonight 7AM GMT.
