Visiting DQG site today I see a new model listed.
D.Q.G SPY-X
compare to Spy, it have 3 out level, use 10220 battery. the aspect nearly same
Three outputs: Low / high, 3.5 lumens in low, 10 hours; middle 15lumens, 2 hours, highlight mode 120 lumens, 20 min around.
Twisty: turn head tighten on, low; quickly loosen and tighten to change mode (middle, or high). Unscrew the head 1/4 off.
Unlike regular Spy this one has a TIR lens.
ADDED:
Gearbest offers it for $55.
It also lists several details. Some are clearly incorrect, maybe some of the following are right:
6g (Spy: 5.5g)
34x12.8mm (Spy: 28x12.8mm)
XP-G2
available as warm CRI90

What do you think about the light though?
Got a link Agro?
Edit - Found one on GB $55, ouch. Should come down a bit when available hopefully.
I still wear the original Spy Titanium on a neckchain.
This new version is a lot better than the other 10220 stainless steel variant.

But I liked the original UI more. Especially that it’s unclear whether it has mode memory. If it has…. :disappointed:

A full year later and nothing more on this light on BLF…
I have the original Spy (from 2014, still works fine) and I really like the full flood beam. I suppose nobody knows if it’s possible to replace the tir-optic on Spy-X with full flood reflector from the original Spy?
