Likely I'll order a few springs, I find myself spring bypassing all my builds even if it is only to improve efficiency and regulation time. I always choose inner bypass with coiled wire, already mastered to great degree but takes time and I'm growing weary. I just need to make up my mind a little bit with regards to types and amount.

@TrueRMS, they are using the FB4 bin. Initially, Fireflies thought they were using FA3 binned SST-20s, but the supplier wasn’t trustworthy.
So, Fireflies is using the FB4 tint color bin.
@Barkuti, if it were me, I’d just go with the Rev 3 BeCu springs.
They are overkill for most builds, and absolute overkill in a dual spring array.
I’ve replaced every light’s contacts with these springs in a dual spring array, except for the Fireflies PL47 and Amutorch VG10 21700, since they used small BeCu springs already.
I’m in for 20 of the SST-20s. I’m traveling at the moment so I don’t log in often. Bear with me when payment comes up, I’ll have a two week gap in Norway with no internet, likely.

Does anyone know the tint bin of the 4000k sst-20’s fireflies uses? If these FD2’s are considerably better I may need 14 more…

So will these be less green at lower currents?. On max I find my E07 nice and white but under about 3A or so it’s awful, greenish off-white.
Yes, these will be less green at lower currents.
That’s why these LEDs are so nice, and why I want them so badly.

What is the cut-off for ordering FD2s?
Are you going to send us a pm for payment instructions ?
@Bob_McBob, that is going to be either 1000pcs being ordered, or Wednesday, whichever one comes first.
@4492011, yes, I’m currently sending PMs.
