Shockli stinks. Don't take me wrong, they rewrap some nice cells. Their decayed, unscrupulous rating policies are meant for philistine people. In my opinion it is best to stay away from these clowns businesses unless there's no other chance, like for example 18350 cells.
Not being advocate but comparatively speaking Vapcell shows better customer commitment, they at least avoid ridiculous spurious wrap figures like these:
I do not mean to say this is impossible, it is possible. But I'm sure just not this time. :-|

I certainly wouldn’t buy one unless HKJ tested and proved the wrapper correct.
