"Police 5W, 3C" for 8.25$, is this a deal?

So, it takes 3C batteries but no idea of the LED itself.

 

I could bet that I´ve seen some pics of this light here on BLF but cannot find...

The words police on a flashlight mean one thing

It means all the members of every flashlight community is laughing AT you .

It  means poliezzz buy a better light  

 

Or it could mean bad emitter ,bad threads ,bad tailcap ,bad adonizing ,bad driver ,bad tint ,plastic lens .....It means it's so good they aren't allowed to tell you what emitter is used ..it's a surprise .!

Slightly similar D-lights were sold at Manafont, there´s a thread about them also.

They were D-size and side-clicky Smallsuns but can´t find discussion about this "police"...
