If you’re going to group buy an Acebeam, you better arrange it with a US seller. Otherwise you won’t have a warranty, unless you ship it back to China for warranty service. Same goes for Nitecore.

I remember that Acebeam is strict about their prices.They don’t allow lowering the prices.
You can make an offer, if it is reasonable then they will accept it. It is how I bought mine.
