Charger that can charge/discharge 18650 cells to storage SoC (voltage)?

I’ve harvested a lot of 18650 cells and would like to analyze their capacity as properly possible (which would mean a discharge capacity measurement) and then charge / discharge them to a storage voltage.
Is there such charger?
Am i asking to much ? :stuck_out_tongue:

You could join the discussion on this BLF charger but until that exists, the LiitoKala Lii-500 is popular for your needs. It does not stop at 3.7v as far as I know.

SkyRC 3000?

SkyRC mc3000 is a fantastic charger for this.

the new BLF charger can do this. it’s the world’s best charger for the money.

The SkyRC MC3000 looks super but is a bit expensive.
If it could do a 3S pack as the xtar VP4 plus dragon then i would be all over it.
I will consider.

The BLF charger would be a dream but until it exists …

The Xtar VC4S can do capacity test, and also do a storage charge, but not all in one go (2-step process: after it discharges/capacity testing, manually do the storage mode function)

SkyRC MC3000, I guess you can program it to charge to Full, then Discharge to specific termination voltage, then charge back to just 3.7v — I’m not very certain though if the MC3000 programming allows this.

I went with the liitokala li500s
I will discharge them to storage manually.
Thanks.
