I placed an order for 10 of the XHP50-5 reflectors https://illuminationmachines.com/product/xhp50-5/ ( 9 of them will be in a build coming up) a few weeks back.
Haven’t received anything since I ordered ( tracking or shipped item conformation) is this how they work of should I contact them/ start to worry?
