Just got hold of this ceiling light from Gearbest, officially named as Yeelight YLXD42YL 480mm Smart LED Ceiling Light Upgrade Version (Xiaomi Ecosystem Product), and, what a pleasant surprise its capability has.
Btw, Yeelight is the lighting division of Xiaomi China. I have never been disappointed with ANY Xiaomi product or its subsidiaries.

Comes with nice Remote Control, screws for wood or metal, and a Chinese language Operator and Installation Manual:
I will be transferring to new house so for this video, the ceiling light in the meantime just sits in the chair.
The light’s Brightness (0 to 2,200 lumens) and Color Temperature ( 2,700k to 6,000k) can be precisely controlled when the Yeelight App or Remote control is utilized.
While the Yeelight App (or Apple Home Kit) requires the usual Wifi/BlueTooth connection, the Remote Control does not.
Just slide your finger through your smartphone’s touch-screen to effortlessly control Brightness and Color Temperature, 95cri at that!:
Bear in mind that the video was taken by my old iPhone 6+ and cannot do justice to the actual color temperatures that this light can offer.
