The intensity and range numbers don’t correspond with each other.

They do for LEP lights.
A beam so tight, you need binoculars to see what’s you’re shining on. Big Smile

Thanks for creating this deal! However, I’m out. I’ll let others be on the Bleeding Edge of flashlight technology. In a year or two, it will be more affordable and less buggy.

More Photons!

Which bugs have you experienced with LEP flashlights?

Finally, a LEP with a small head, might be the first real pocket thrower.

the m2s is 800klx instead of 188k advertised on banggood.

that also makes sense in terms of the stated range

/edit

how does ot compare to the weltool?

If they could make it double the output with a bit less throw that would be amazing.

I would happily take half the output double the throw Big Smile

its a novelty flashlight. The LEP is not as robust as a LED. It will never be a workhorse, just a fun light to enjoy a pencil beam with no spill.

but that is totally ok in my book, I have enough lights for all other tasks

waiting for Martin’s reply regarding the price.

Interested in both but not at Banggood’s prices. The smaller one has to compete with the Noctigon K1 at $80 for 650K cd.

it’s 880k and LEP, no Spill just spot.

If you want cheap performance get a K1. If you want a novelty flashlight get the jetbeam.

LEP is not as cheap as a regular LED

Why isn’t there any branding on these lights?

If that 1.8km figure is correct that’s pretty impressive. Gonna skip this one though. Just a bit expensive for something which I’m rarely going to use.

Highly interested in the m2s. But that’s 800kcd correct? And not 180kcd. I hope it’s a typo.
It states 1800 meters.

What’s with the spill? Is it just the editing for marketing purposes where they slapped a beam onto it?
