Recommend LED type? Buying triple LED, have single LED w/ SST40 5000K

Just bought M21B w/ SST40 5000K.

Looking to get my first tri-LED light. With the Convoy S12. What LED should I get?

I assume I should go with 219C 5700K or 219C 4000K?

I’ve read the 219C is floodier than the SST40? Is that correct? Recommended tint on flood? Obviously color rendering & accuracy is more important than brightness.

Any other key differences to consider?

I found this LED comparison but can’t tell if the difference is the reflector. It’s also the 219B not the 219C and temperature is different by 500.

I think both the 4000k emitters (219c and SST-20) are high CRI. There are reviews with beam shots of the S12 with each of these emitters. You would need to be ok with the warm color temperature.
