Has anyone else had problems ordering from fireflies website? My order was marked paid 12/20/19 and still says that today. The website said 4-7 day shipping from an American warehouse but the status has not changed. I’m just excited to get this thing in my hands. When I try to use the contact us email I get an error message.

If he will answer, then via PM. Don’t expect the answer too soon as they are on holiday and will most likely be also next week. I guess they have many orders to be fulfilled but they should ship from the American warehouse.

Holidays + this virus outbreak will delay orders for a few months. Hang in there. We know it's tough. Fireflies is reputable.
