Got Sanyo Li ion battery in ny Braun shaver.
I wonder if I may try tk charge it in my Nitecore SC4
It won’t hold charge when used in the shaver, so I want to try.
The charger is 15v/400m
It is 5.8cm long and 3cm wide
Did you check the cell’s voltage with a DMM?
How old is it?
It reads now as 3.18
I have no clue how old, it was my father and he cant remember.
Probably 4-5 years.
Cab I put it in the SC4?
3.18V would indicate a relatively depleted single Li-Ion cell. You could give it a shot in your Li-Ion charger and see what happens.
FYI, the replacement part number is Braun 81377206. If you google it, you’ll find various option to buy one.
Supposedly, the original capacity was 1300 mAh.
It’s a Sanyo UR18500Y, I believe.
