Any chance you could post some pics of a Brass pineapple with the different anodized washers? I’m trying to decide what colors to order and am having a hard time visualizing how they will look. I’m debating between dark blue, blue, green, and golden.

I ended up ordering a couple different colors of the washers. I’ll post some pics on Reddit when they come in if anyone else is interested.

Thanks for doing these lights, Rey. The brass Pineapple Mini is my favorite light, and I have far too many others Smile

Got the brass Pineapple and love it. Any chance there will be a machined finish titanium pineapple or pineapple mini?

It’s out of stock. Will have some more after Chinese New Year holiday.

Hoping for someday a copper 2xAAA tube. Full length, not an extension tube. Would be the best penlight!

Received my TI Mini yesterday.  Love the TI.  Not as impressed with the LED as I was with my brass.  My brass has a rosy tint in all modes.  The lower two modes of the TI look just a little greenish compared to the brass.  The upper two modes of the TI bring out the rosiness.  Only really notice it when doing a comparison, but once you know, you are always looking for it.  Of course I use it the most in the lower two modes.  Still love the TI though!

Maybe the brass was a D200 flux? Yes, that can spoil you for the nice D220 which I prefer much since it’s more neutral. Just do not compare them side by side. Take a 219C for that and you’ll be happy again Big Smile .

BTW, in my lights I don’t see a large tint shift over the different levels. Try at the white wall and change distance to have the same lux reflected. Still see a significantly varying rosiness?

Another observation: I once got a replacement pill for my copper mini, I believe they were different fluxes. It’s perfectly ok, but I’d like to know if I’m wrong. Rey, do you know?

Smile, you cannot kill them all.

Can’t remember which bin I got for last batch, but the recent Ti mini does use D220.

I noticed the same. It’s still slightly rosy. Closer to neutral.

D220 in my Ti Mini looks less rosy compared to a D220 that I put in my Skilhunt M150 V2. Both are less rosy compared to the D200 in my Wurkoss WK01.

I swapped another 219B sw45k D220 R9080 into my Pineapple Mini Ti. It’s from the same reel as the 219B in my M150 V2.

It still looks less rosy, albeit without the hint of green now.

I bought my copper mini last year and I’ve mostly used it with 10440, I tried a regular AAA today and it flickers a bunch on the highest mode. Nimh and alkaline both do it. With 10440 all modes are stable. Is something screwy with the boost part of the driver? I’ve taken it all apart and reassembled it making sure everything is snug.

EDIT: I loosened the pill a little, and it seems to not be doing it anymore….who knows.

The board might have a contact issue with the aluminum pill, it is press fit.
