Eh – if it has the standard flashing pins (and I mean the same ones on a D4v2, not the ones on the FT03/FT03 Mini), then it’s a moot point because then it’s easy to flash.

Thats good to know. I have been interested in trying this on my emisars, but I haven’t looked into how to yet. Ive seen the flashing tool on Hanks site though..
Can the flashing tool Hank sells be used on any lights that have those pins?
Yes and no – for example, the lume1 driver has MISO and MOSI around the wrong way so you’d need to break out the cable to swap them. I’m perfectly happy to build a custom cable to do so if I need to, as long as the pad spacing is correct.
I can’t remember if it also needs to be an attiny MCU because it’s early and my brain hasn’t fully started yet
I am very interested in how this will turn out!

Interested only if CULPM1 with ~8amp driver (like stated above).
Oh, it doesn’t need Anduril either. Narsil is great with these lights.

I don’t think ever. Although just got my culpm1 led in, and a mcpcb for it from Simon. I think I’m just going to try it myself.
