Found on ebay charger and 4 3200mah for $20
Looks a nice but dunno the reliability of that charger, probably you can't charge protected batteries and the 4 18650 inside are more 1000mAh instead of 3200, moreover you need a power supply of 9v 1,5A to charge
I use one of these. Didn’t buy the batteries but the charger only. It is a charger to charge or source other devices that use USB for power. It also charges the batteries inside but they are connected parallel and should be used to charge identical batteries with identical charges only. Mine is the 2-2.5 amp version and can easily charge my IPhone 4s.
