Aliexpress help...please

Holy head spin, Batman.
I’m trying to place an order on Ali…getting a generic ‘oops error/refresh the page…same error multiple times.Tried live chat…wont connect without linking to an order(within last half year).
Check my messages and seems like my account might have been suspended for ’non-payment’ from 2 years ago…(seller never responded to my question).
The ‘appeal deactivation’ button that I stumbled upon, leads nowhere.
Any suggestions how to proceed??

Use another email address for an new account.
Easy fix for your problems in the past.

I thought about making a new account too. It depends on how thorough AE is at setting up a user block. They could easily block an address when used with a particular name. One way to find out; sign up using a different email as suggested and see what happens.
