My emisar suddenly stopped clicking. As in the button now does nothing. It doesn’t seem to physically move, but it’s not like it’s being held down; it doesn’t begin ramp when connected to battery. Anyone else had something similar? Any idea on how to fix?
My brass D4V2 button would only register a click about 10% of the time, but it always made the clicky noise. Hank sent a replacement head, no problem. First Emisar failure out of 25+ flashlights.
Ive got the same problem, the button clicks, but the light doesn’t respond.
first it was only on the odd occasion , but now its getting worse 
button failures id imagine, email Hank. As you can see, there aren’t too many posts here, because it doesn’t happen that often. Ive had no problems with my 20+ hank lights, but not that it doesn’t ever happen. which means i’m sure he would be willing to help. he always has with me and many others who share their experience.
I hate to say it but the andruil interface really taxes the life of the single button. I can imagine people pressing it 30-40 times to get it to do what you want. The button has a certain life span in terms of number of presses.
I don’t think it changes out easily.
Edit: maybe it’s not too bad Emisar D4 (original/v1) button issues?
