Identification of UV LED

Hi!

I am trying to repair a UV detector module for a chromatographic device and wonder if anyone can help me identify the UV LED lamp and PCB on the linked images?

Thanks a lot!

I didn’t have a clue what this led was. I really can’t tell too much by the pic, no pic of height or a unsoldered pic would be helpful.
I did some searching and about the only thing I come up with was this.
https://www.thorlabs.com/thorproduct.cfm?partnumber=LED255J
This may not be the right wavelength but hopefully it will help in getting the search words right.
A UV led with a ball lens.

Thanks a lot! I think this might be exactly what I am looking for!

Hi, just got my WK30 and I don’t know what this UV LED is.

It doesn’t look like a LG UV LED that others have gotten.

It looks like an SST-10 UV but the color should be white, not golden, and the third wire shouldn’t be there so I’m not sure. Can you estimate its dimensions?

Edit: It looks like the golden layer is above the LED and one corner peeled off showing white underneath. Maybe they ran out of LG LEDs and attempted to disguise an SST-10 with golden paint even if it sounds bizarre.
Edit 2: No, it’s golden even inside the dome, the golden color was applied by the LED manufacturer, not by Wurkkos. Maybe it’s a new revision of SST-10 UV.

If this is the SST-10 UV, then Sofirn has been mislabelling their SP31 UV from the get-go as well.
It’s listed as having an LG UV LED, but the one I got (and the review samples, based on photos online) have this emitter.

It looks like a standard 3.45mm LED. But, it looks ever so slightly bigger than the Red XP-E2 and LH351D.

It is golden inside and golden on the raised edge. It appears to have a flat glass on top instead of a dome.

Edit: I think I found the LED. But, there is not much information on it.

Edit 2: Nevermind, I see that the white substrate looks different…

Yes, it looks like the same LED as in the SP31A, but the identification of that LED isn’t clear either.

It’s similar to the one from the 395nm version but the dot pattern is parallel to the border, not diagonal, so it’s a different LED.

Edit: It may be an unlisted 3535 LG LED based on the “Gen. 4 series” Bare Chip listed on https://www.irtronix.com/uva at the bottom, the ones reviewed by djozz are apparently based on the “Gen. 3 series” chip.

The similitude with the SST-10 makes me wonder who actually manufactures what.
