updates, April,25) Thanks everyone for the well wishes. I am feeling a bit better today, as the last week i felt like the worst influenza ever. fever went down, lots of fluids, vitamin-C, etc seems to help a lot. I had a bad cough with mucus, but it started to clear a bit today.

Thanks for keeping us updated! Sounds like you might be over the worst of it, but do keep resting as much as you can. Worst at night, like they all say?

Glad you are feeling better!

I read today that taking vitamin C creates hydrogen peroxide inside the body. Never knew that before.

sounds exactly what i had in mid Feb. you’ll be ok in few weeks, but complete recovery may take 6 or more weeks.

Den,

Many have reported feeling better right before getting worse. There are breathing exercises that help your lungs intake more oxygen you can find on YouTube. Also when you rest, lay on your stomach as much as possible. The majority of your lungs are closer to your back. When you lay on your back the mucus the virus creates oozes down. Laying on your front side helps prevent this. Prayers hope you continue to feel better.
