D4V2 Flat vs Raised Switch Pics?

After hours of research I finally decided on an emitter, but now I can’t decide on a flat vs raised switch retaining ring. Would anyone be so kind as to post multiple angle pics of both the raised and flat versions?

I’m coming from a ZL SC700d that has it’s switch recessed into the body, which I love. I’m afraid that a raised ring on the D4V2 would bother me not only in it’s looks, but perhaps as an obstruction. Any advice?

Thank you so much in advance!

There is a side by side picture on the official product page of the D4V2Ti. Look under “description”:

Hard to give advice here. The raised ring is quite smooth and only moderately obstrusive. It helps against unintentional activation, e.g. in a pocket, but in my eyes unintentional activation was never a big issue in any D4 model. Additionally it defends against rolling on flat surfaces (tables).

I have a D4, a D4V2 and a D4Ti with the traditional ring, and a D4V2Ti with a raised ring. It’s a close call. Perhaps the next would be with the traditional ring again, but it’s really very close, and the raised ring may give you some benefits.

This one?

I would love to see them side by side instead of the pic they have.

I don’t have a D4V2 with regular switch and I’m not a photographer but I attempted some pics of the raised switch. Hope it helps.

Thanks everyone. This post was especially useful! Thank you, anon!
