Looking for host that will fit D=70mm optic, 4 Li-Ion

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for flashlight that I can mod and put Ledil Carmen (CP15916_CARMEN-RS-C) optics in it. It is 69.5 mm in diameter, 41mm high. It has straight part (i.e., wall that is 69.5 mm diameter) at the top that is 21mm, there is some weird (what looks like not needed) part of the holder that possibly may be cut to make it shorter and make it about 13mm instead of 21mm.

It needs to be able to hold 4 18650 batteries and I need them in series so it needs to be able to mod to do this. Any holder can be modded I think, but some lights are using tube cut out to shape and board at end, don’t know it that can be change to work in series.

Something like Astrolux MF02 (Mateminco MT70), Manker MK35 (seems to shallow), Thrunite TN42 (much bigger diameter still not sure if enough space)

Anyone knows/can measure what is a space inside of light head?

Again, need 69.5mm diameter space below lens, 21mm (still 69.5mm) optimal, minimum 13mm, then another 20mm tapered (diameter here should not be a problem if depth is enough) and about 5mm for Hekla holder and LED.

I tried this optic with Cree COB (CMA1840-0000-000N0U0A50G) and it is pretty good. I would call it very tight beam for a COB. About 10000 lumens that can be put in about 15-20 degree beam with little spill.

I could remove holder but then I loose positioning and would be much harder to mount a lens so hoping I can find something that fits lens with holder.

I also have and tried other lens:
Ledil FP17001_SAKURA-70-S - nice, can handle bigger COB - Carmen is up to about 15mm LES (Light Emitting Surface), but looks like Carmen has tighter beam.
Ledil F13700_BARBARA-S-PF - reflector, no idea why I even though it will be nice  I prefer TIR for most part and here hotspot is not really tighter, lot of spill and of course is much deeper than TIR
Khatod PLL2009NA with holder (nice, very shallow but I think Carmen gives a better beam, still a contender)
Sakura and Khatod will fit in whatever Carmen fits, it gives an option to replace if I change my mind

Thank you!
