New Dlyfull UT4 & UM4 LCD Smart Charger with Type C input?

I came across the Dlyfull UT4 & UM4 LCD Smart Charger with Type C input charger. I only found an image on twitter and facebook with very little info. Has anyone heard or have information about this newest model?

Thanks

It must be new. I have seen ones like it for sale on Aliexpress and Banggood in the past, but not much info on them. Dlyfull is a reputable Chinese company that makes decent affordable chargers. Maybe request HJK on the forum to review one.

Welcome to BLF TrailSeeker.

Based on the images I had high hopes for this charger as it looks like it supports all the cell types and modes that I want in an everyday charger. Unfortunately, according to the listing on AliExpress the UM4 only supports 5V 2A input and the total charge current appears to be limited to 2A – e.g 1 × 2A or 4 × 500mA.

A charger with USB Type-C input that doesn’t support Power Delivery is of no interest to me.

I noticed the same. It looks cool with the mono display, but the specs..eh. You’re better off getting something from MiBoxer, Xtar, or my favorite, Zanflare.

I have the UT4 and it is a great looking charger but is very simple in that you can’t adjust current or anything. If all you need is a nice looking auto mode charger, it nice.

Forever – Thanks for letting me know about the UT4. I am looking for the latest but also automatic since I’m new to this whole scene. I also am looking for something that doesn’t charge to fast. I lean more towards safety and don’t want a battery to catch fire or explode.

I updated the title. I realized there are 2 kinds UT4 & UM4. Looks like the UT4 has refresh cycle and UM4 does not.

Thanks for that info. The display looks good based on the picture posted above.

However, having no adjustable current for a nice-looking charger usually doesn’t interest me too. I prefer chargers that has adjustable current with informative displays (it seems the display is informative – capacity, current, voltage; and has various functions: charge, discharge, capacity test, refresh.

Would you know what is the discharge current used for “capacity test” mode, and discharges to what voltage (maybe shown on the display)?

How does the “Auto” charging work (maybe based on battery length, or resistance) — eg. bigger batteries can charge at 1A while small batteres charge at 0.5A?
