need flash light recommendation

ive own all sorts of flashlights and am looking for a tactical style 21700 powered light. i owed, olights, zebralight, emisars, thrunite, fenix and other odds and ends. i like the olight m2r pro warrior, but i dont like the lack of a good tint and cri rating. what i do like about the olight m2r pro warrior is the reach of the beam, instant access to strobe and turbo, moonlight mode available (fenix doesnt understand this) and a good pocket clip. any suggestions on competitors that meets those specs? thanks

The Sofirn SP32 checks some boxes, but it’s not the same quality as Zebralight or Olight, but it costs 1/3 the price. I own a Sofirn and their quality is quite good for the price.

im glad u mentioned them. could make a good inexpensive backup light for the basement or side door.

Yes. Plus Sofirn lights are easily modded with new emitters (not glued together or stuck with Loctite) so you can change the tint of the led, or do a high cri or even change the driver if you wanted. For the proce, they’re hard to beat.

I just got the Sofirn C8G, while Sofirn was running a deal on them.
Forward clicky tail cap, with a side switch to change modes.
I haven’t put it through any tests yet.
But my first impressions are:
Seems quite sturdy.
Came with a 21700 that tested above it’s rated 4000mAh.
Comes with an external charger, battery, and USP cord. (if you get the kit).
Good throw. OK Spill.
Simple interface.
No Charging Port to come loose and let water in! This is important to me in a duty type of light.
Head is not too fat. Good grip.
The side switch is fairly easy to find by feel alone.
Wish it was a bit warmer.

All the Best,
Jeff
