Thanks for the Acceptance

Been interested in flashlights for a couple decades. Lost interest for a bit and recently got reacquainted with these awesome budget lights that are now available. No longer any excuse to spend thousands of dollars to have a great collection of flashlights.

Emisar, Noctigon, Lumintop, Mateminco, Nitewatch and more than a few others have come out with exciting lights.

Welcome to BLF!

Hi TIN long time no see. Although I am at the other site from time to time.

Chris

Glad to have you here! And welcome to the fascinating world of budget lights, since this site was started there has indeed been an incredible renaissance of budget flashlights.

Welcome to BLF! glad to see a Nascar fan among us, I hope you will keep us posted which light you are carrying while at the race tracks.

Hey ! Remember you from ‘’the other forum’’. Welcome to BLF.

Here= less bling, more light.

Welcome!

Do you know any of the history of this site? :stuck_out_tongue:

Hi and welcome this-is-nascar.

Thanks for signing up, this-is-nascar!

Not to be controversial, but I think Nascar will become even more popular now that they have partially eliminated a certain flag.

Thinks sure have changed since the time when Ginseng started the whole “hot wire” craze.
Fivemega and Modamag were good at thinning Flashaholic wallets with all their offerings back then.

The USL really got everyone’s attention and the race was on.

Looking back, it doesn’t seem all that long ago but it was.

It’s amazing how many choices of decent lights there are now in the market place for enthusiasts at budget friendly prices. Something for everybody.

Anything I’d say would quickly turn political, so I won’t comment.

I’ve had this alias for a couple decades and don’t want to change it. It doesn’t necessarily reflect my feelings on what the sport has become.

Thanks for the welcoming everyone.

Okay, I apologize for bringing it up then.

(I really should have known better.)

The way society’s going, it’s a wonder people haven’t pushed for NASCAR to delete the checkered flag… then everyone’s a winner, everyone gets a trophy. :stuck_out_tongue:

Welcome, TIN. You need a Q8, and a LT1, and a D4V2, and a K1, and……….

It is the symbol of a checkered past. It should go.

Welcome. Be careful one leads to two and so on.
