The catch is that it might suck:

Not bad deal on TR-801 + 2x18650+charger either: http://cgi.ebay.com/5w-CREE-Led-300-Lm-Flashlight-801-Torch-18650-CHARGER-/150430431558?pt=US_Flashlights&hash=item23065a3946  I just might order this one, though I am looking for zoomable 18650 light.

Feedback from buyers of this light seems quite positive, so it should be ok...

Just one thing about the charger in this bundle. I have a doubt this one will accept protected 18650s. It has prongs and no springs, so it might not work for both, protected and unprotected cells.

If you are looking for a compact and very bright zooming light (push-pull type), I can recommend the NF-500 form KD http://www.kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=10046 . It runs a Q5 at 1200mA. That's the brightest zoomie I have got so far and the build quality is very nice for just 11.86$.

And have been for some time. I think HK Post is backing up.

Something that was dispatched on the 14th didn't make it into the tracking system until the 19th and is now "being processed for delivery to the addressee." It usually only takes 2-3 days to make it into the tracking system so I suspect that HK Post may be running out of storage space.

The numbers from my light tests are always to be found here.

Yeah, because of the 45 days Paypal limit.... just kidding. Wink I know it's hard to wait 4-6 weeks, which is normal for me. I consider 3 weeks as fast...

Maybe LT have trouble finding cargospace. DX does not seem to have this problem:

Item delivered to HK post oct 7th. Left HK the 9th and was delivered at my door at

noon the 11th.

It says 300 lumens, this must be at least a R5!

Just joking. I orderd two and I don't care if it turns out to be crappy. I have some spare LEDs (Q3, Q5, R2, R5) and some driver boards laying around here.

I would wild guess they are getting rid of an extremely old stock with P4 or other rejects from manufacturers. Still, can't beat the price. Whole flashlight for way less than a good 18650 cell.

Probably low powered P4  (around 0,6A on max) with greenish tint  is my guess. But you can get q5 of ebay for 3,2$ delivered and mod the light for DD at ~1A.

I ordered 2 what the heck, can't be that bad after all.

Where can be found those q5 at 3,2$ delivered?

Yes, a "Q5" to replace the "Q5" in the 801. Smile
