WTS FW3T Stonewashed CREE XPL-HI NW (SOLD)

Asking $105 $95 $85 SOLD

Pretty much in mint condition, graded B+ because I modded the switch with an O-ring and 3D printed gasket around the button. This makes the button less prone to accidental activation and very clicky. I can revert it back to stock if you like. Also seen in the photos are 3D printed gaskets to bridge the gap when used without a clip, thicker one can be removed and the thinner one will keep the clip from spinning, much more effective than the stock clear fragile O-ring. Light only, no battery.

Price is PayPal G&S, includes Priority shipping to CONUS only.

Do you have a picture of this 3D printed gasket?

Here you go.

The gasket is only 0.12 mm thick. Like I said in the other thread in response to your question, the loss in height opens a larger gap between where the lip of the button meets the tail cap. This gasket holds the button snugly against the rubber boot and tightens up the action of the switch. It took a few tries to print the right thickness. I had a few too thick and the switch would activate as soon as I tightened the retaining ring.

Sorry I just realized you might be asking about the gaskets on the body tube. Here they are:

In the first photo, I have one laying out on the table. I’ve also lifted the thinner one on the body tube to show there are two in place. That thinner one works to clamp down a clip if one decides to install a clip. The thicker one will obviously need to be removed if a clip is used.

The second photo shows how the gap is bridged when no clip is installed.
