Well actually the XP-G from the TK50 is brighter.

That TK 50 is a pretty interesting lite. Good photos for sure.

What light does it compare to?

I love Fenix lights but those LED Maglites are killer throwers as well.
Fenix is coming up with 12 new lights in the next few months. I would wait for another Fenix buy if I were in your shoes. I wonder how their new quick zoom light will be. And there is a hint of a big gun also. RC10 or something like that.

The RC10 is a rechargeable light @ 335 Lumens. I have a new Fenix Flyer/Catalog just a small 6x8 book showing models and there is no new big gun in this one.

I really never compared it to anything so good question....by the pictures what does it look like it would compare to? Here is the TK50 on the Left and the Maglite on the Right. I aimed the maglite down a little.

Hmm, I didn't need a big one either. Waiting for more multiple AA lights, though.
