New NCR18650B batteries with low capacity

Hello,

I am fairly new to the flashlight landscape. I purchased 8 NCR18650B batteries from 18650batterystore.com a couple of months back. The batteries have been used in a couple of LT1 lanterns and have been cycled a couple of times at the most. I recently purchased a SkyRC MC3000 charger and ran a refresh cycle with the manufacturer provided parameters of 4.2V(0.5C)/2.5V (https://www.batteryspace.com/prod-specs/NCR18650B.pdf). It seems to me that all the batteries clock between 2300 mAh and 2600 mAh although they are rated to 3200mAh. The ambient temperature was around 20C.

Does this seem normal?

its possible for fakes to slip into anyones supply chain but 18650batterstore is one of the “good guys”
