Colour me disappointed ……
I have a few more to go for my Chinese ( budget phase ) knives .
Why do I feel like I have flushed money down the toilet ( dont answer that )
Oh dear , as the saying goes . Rather than buying bad knives , why not just buy one good knife ?
But there in lies the problem . Exactly which knife is a good knife ?
And who’s advise do you take when it comes to knife buying ?
All these knives feel great . Good fit and finish , and lock up well with no play .
I think it might be time to apply industry standards to knives ( Quality and performance )
That way , when you shell out for that half star knife , you know what you are buying . ( I think I am so over cr/mov steel - seems to have trouble competing with 420-440 steels )
