Conclusion
This is high cycle life batteries, but they must be treated carefully to get the long cycle life.
They are not high current batteries, but can handle a peak in current.

I wonder if I can find these anywhere in the US for sale at a good price. I currently have 33Js on long term cycle life testing. I actually need to check the data but haven’t been in that lab for a while, last I knew of they were over 600 cycles and looking really strong with capacity retention at 93 percent. These numbers are rough from memory but I’ll pull the data and share it. If these 48X perform similarly in cycle stability, they are a true winner in my book.

What’s interesting and I’ve found in other places over the years in battery research is the SOC range that yields best stability is often the same “valley” in the IR vs Eocv curve. This sort of makes intuitive sense, but it’s going to be interesting to test the hypothesis with the latest liions. That addition to your data collection is really valuable to me. So thank you!!
