Maybe I need to change the title of the thread to "did I get hijacked by a BLF'er"

Rats, finally sold my 2010 509hp Mustang...now I can buy more lights!

Sold the red one too! Now guess what I drive, doing my penance for 500 hp commuters...

Sry trooplewis but I seen that things was going to became more serious so to avoid to degenerate I start handling it on a comic side, I think that has been said what we should had to say, I'm angry too but what we should do?

Sorry troop, i wish i could help you on the matter. But isn't time to move on? Apart from civil legal action against him you can only try to forget it as soon as possible. No need to cook it over and over again on the back burner.

You know your options. You know what you can and cannot do. I hope i eventually brought a smile or two with the hijacking. Smile

Btw, im very pleased how those stereotypes were handled by the BLF comunity. It clearly demonstrates that our comunity is of remarkably high cultural level especially as we are on internet afterall. (behind anonymous avatars)

Go scratch somewhere else - it's not appropriate here.

Nobody wants to see you fling your ignorance around like so much monkey feces.

ChiX, et al, why don't you take this to a PM rather than a thread it does not belong in?

Man gorann give it a rest.  We are here to talk about our hobby and not to regurgitate the world's politics.  If you don't like the US then go get on a Croatian site and leave us the hell alone.

I agree we should all do that, to be the change you want to see in the world is a good thing.

Maybe in Off-Topic/Rant forum there can be a political thread, but many forums do not want to discuss these matters because it just makes negativity and enemies, not a fun forum to relax and share interest...

On some watch forum when a member was ripped-off on a watch the members pooled together to raise money...granted this was a Panerai or something as I recall, not a 20$ light, but still it shows community and brotherhood.

We could do a fund raiser to help Troop, but dude its a 20$ light!!!!!

(DD screwed me out of 50$ USD so far...)

Can we ask admin to close this thread ? I'm not going to defend anyone but some members seem to have a really short fuse and it's better for overall atmosphere to restrain our selves from political themes in future.

As we Croatians say "Politics is whore"...

Regarding topic theme if I'm not mistaken there is a saying "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is"

Most of us went trough this kind of situation at some point in life and in the end what we learn (even hard way) is more valuable than money lost.

I agree, let's lock this one. The $22 pales in significance...

Oh the memories of the October Fest in Munich.  Spent 11 years in Germany while in the Army and me and my family totally enjoyed it.  Have alot of those lovely BIG mugs right here at the house that we brought back.  Shame that nobody that looked like that ever brought them to the table, LOL.

I feel some tickeling in my throat recently. Wouldn't mind a nice cold pint properly served.
