hi I am on the lookout for a flashlight with a 4300k look/LED.
the Xenon 4300k like the cars. a nice white!.
anyone know?.
a tight binned XPL HI 4500?
I have seen an elzetta close but that seems a 4500k look-could get away at 4300. nearly nichia 4500k look.

You could try tint mixing some Nichia E21 LEDs in order to give the required CCT. There’s a thread about it here: [Reference] Nichia E17A/E21A (2000K - 6500K, R9050/R9080, color) CCT and tint shots
A mix of SST-20 might also give you what you’re looking for
