Anyone know the secret to getting through to Thrunite CS?

I have a T2 that has a swollen or oversized rubber USB plug that doesn’t like to stay flat. Tried twice emailing them with no reply. (before and after CNY btw)

Just wondering if anyone knows of a better method, address, or maybe retailer.

Don’t know which email you’ve already tried but I’ve had pretty good success with email to “service@thrunite.com”, usually within 1-2 days.
