I am planning a house renovation with a centralized KNX system to drive all the lighting. I am planning to use eldoled powerDRIVE modules to drive some constant spots, but I still need to find a solution for various e27 lights.
One thing I am considering is making a custom e27 bulb using some housing and a high CRI COB like Yubiled:“https://store.yujiintl.com/collections/led-cobs/products/vtc-series-high-cri-cob-led-135l-pack-5-pcs” without any driving circuitry, and than hook this up directly to the external constant current drive module (of course making sure to replace the regular schuko plugs).
Does this make any sense? Does anyone have recommendations for good housings?
