I don't know if that flashlight is any good, but the specs are not true.
There's no way that it emits a million lumens.
You're better off creating a thread where you tell people on BLF exactly what you are looking for in a flashlight.

But the specifications have to be read with a grain of salt. Hold that thought, make it a ton of salt.

There are many that can do that, but there is one caveat heat and power will be an issue if you pan to run it for long duration’s as with any light since you mentioned wanting to build a bat signal for halloween I thought I should mention that first and foremost as to not get your hopes up.
