This is a high capacity 18350 cell, but current is fairly limited.

The two cells match nicely and it is the highest capacity cell I have tested to data (3-2021).
Note: To see the full curve at lower currents look at the “Discharge, time” curve. The capacity can be seen in the table.

Conclusion
A few years ago the 18350 cell to a leap in capacity and current, this time it is another leap, but only in capacity and there is not high current ability in this cell.

This is welcome for low current applications, thanks for the test.

Edit : it is Protected so we’ll see better performances from the unprotected version. Have they sent it to you as well ?

1400mAh sounds great!

The Protected 18350 Keepower is 39mm long.

disadvantage of protected 18350:
It is too long for my Original RRT-01.
I think it will also be too long for the Emissar D4 w short tube. (and the high output demand will trip protection, producing sudden darkness.)

the UNprotected Keepower 1200mAh is 35mm long and does fit and works, in my Original RRT-01. And in a D4 it wont produce sudden darkness.

Where can I find the unprotected version?

Can I use the protected version in a Convoy S2+ 7135 without any problems? It seems the max it can pull is 2800mA

No idea, it’s actually not listed on their website, I’m just assuming they’ll have an unprotected version just like with the 1200mAh cell.

But Vapcell has a 1400mAh unprotected cell which is probably the same cell underwrap.

Sounds adequate for an 7135 based S2+.

I couldn’t find a US vendor which carries the Vapcell 1400mAh Sad
