The two cells tracks fairly well and are not high current cells.





















Conclusion

These cells looks like good high capacity 14500 cells.

Is keepower a real manufacturer or a re-wrap?

The are a distributor, i.e. they buy from many manufacturers and sells smaller quantities to dealers and others. One of their services is to rewrap batteries They run their own line of rewraps, but can also rewrap for other brands.
