I bought 3 x Olight i3 EOS R5 from them back in early September last year using a best offer. They accepted my best offer quite fast although I later regreted it since I realised I probably should have started off lower. IIRC took about 2 weeks to arrive which is typical from HK sellers here in NZ. All the lights came in original shrinkwrapped packaging etc and seemed genuine and are all still working fine.
Edit: Actually check out https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/3607
Took less then a week to arrive which does sometimes happen particularly with registered HK mail and quick shippers. (Also they're a fairly low volume seller from what I can tell. I believe high volume sellers have the option of paying less but going in to a lower priority que but I don't think this is available for low volume sellers.) From what I can tell the seller never sent me the tracking number (I didn't ask for tracking, I guess it was automatic because it was a fairly high value order) or tell me when it shipped. I presume they didn't update eBay status since I'm pretty sure I get automatic emails for that.
So from my experience they may not be great with communication (although I think I still gave them 5 DSR for all since they were overall good) but do ship fast, but that was long before CNY and may be I just got lucky. (The Olight was still new at the time so perhaps they had a few stock.) However it's possible your H51s are already on the way.
Got a mail three days ago, said they were waiting foe supplier…
So, they sell stuff “from stock, over 10 available” but don’t have any.
Cancelling order and getting refund this weekend if nothing happens. Might as well order from Zebralight…
Instead of starting another thread, I thought I'd post a reply to this existing thread.
Ordered three lights (TWO iTP SA1's, and one iTP SC2) in July from pangelectronics6988.
Received ONE SA1 and one SC2 together within one parcel within about a week of ordering! Shipping was fast! But, after waiting another week and not receiving the second SA1, I contacted pangelectronics6988 who responded promptly and were apologetic about not sending the other SA1 light. They said they would send the other SA1.
That was two weeks ago. I haven't (yet) received the other SA1!? Just sent another message today enquiring about the sending of the SA1.
Although pangelectronics6988 seems to be a highly rated seller at eBay and (apparently) here as well, I'm beginning to wonder about this seller?
Might have to use eBay and/or Paypal to help resolve this issue and obtain (partial) refund if I don't receive the second SA1?
pangelectronics6988 did respond to my email. But not quite sure why there was a delay in reply.
Apparently pangelectronics6988 were waiting on supplier stock. It would have been nice to have received email earlier explaining the situation rather than worrying due to lack of communication.
Communication was very good once it got going again.
Finally received the second SA1 today!
Fast shipping (as usual).
Overall, good service. Rate about 9/10. Would be 10/10 if communication was better/quicker.
Regular shopper at ebay here. My experience has been largely positive but not without hiccups. Most of the time when I manage to win some auction for an unbeatable price, I never seem to get the product. I usually wait 40 days before asking for refund and most sellers oblige without causing a ruckus.
Something tells me there’s a scam going on in ebay where the sellers mark the item as shipped but never ship it if the buyer wins an auction for a steal price. Is what I am proposing possible or do the items really get lost? Well there is no way to know for sure when shipped with free unregistered mail and the sellers seem to take advantage of that. I could pay extra $3 for registered mail but that doesn’t make sense when the item itself costs $5.
