Four orders over the years and it’s always between 20-22 days, which is fine for free and to Miami.

don’t you guys know how marketing works? if they have to tell you they are fast, honest, …..blah blah, in reality it is absolutely different. when an advertisement promises you something, be sure you will not get it. same for names of business, when someone names their pizza place the best pizza in town, you can be sure it is garbage, or they are the only pizza place in town

I had an order through aliexpress once that had not arrived in 2 months, so I filed a dispute. Then I recieved an item with the tracking number but it was not what I ordered at all….piece of junk. I amended the dispute. A month later Aliexpress claimed to have issued a refund, but it never showed on my card. I finally just gave up, even though it was about a 150 dollar pocket knife. Then about 14 months later, I was showing a package arriving using USPS informed delivery even though I could not think of anything I had ordered. Well it was that knife….where it hid for 16 months is still a mystery. That is the record for my slowest shipment ever that actually did finally arrive. Fastech, Gearbest, Aliexpress, Banggood, and Neals Gadgets are all very slow. Another mystery is with O-light shipping from China with tracking having taken 3 days…really? It came all the way from China in 3 days…what is O-light’s secret? When they first started shipping from China, they were a bit slow, but not the last few times. Other than them, if it comes from China, I expect slow. I think some of them use only walking, swimming, row boats and bicycles for deliveries.

Chris

I have placed many orders with FastTech but none in the past four years, that is until about 7 weeks ago. In the distant past FastTech used to deliver in under 4 weeks but not anymore.
So over the past 7 weeks beginning April 11th, I’ve placed 6 FastTech orders. As of this writing only one order has been received. And the order placed April 11th is still in-transit.

@Funtastic
Let’s not be so quick to give a pass to FastTech for taking two months to deliver the goods.
Compared with other China vendors, which is what really matters to me, is how the competition is doing over this exact same time frame….. If they were all taking two months to deliver that would be one thing, but it’s not.

So, also over the past 7 weeks there have been 4 orders with Banggood, all have arrived, and all took less than 4 weeks.
Likewise over the past 7 weeks there have been 6 orders with AliExpress and none have taken over 4 weeks to deliver.

The takeaway here is that FastTech takes anywhere from 7 to 10 days to simply get the shipment out – whereas the competition ships within 2 or 3 days.
Plus, half of the FastTech orders were “Rejected/Returned” while in-transit by the Chinese shipping system. Only one of the other vendors’ shipments was Rejected/Returned, so Simon’s store intervened and it was quickly moving again after only a 3 day delay. Interestingly, two of the six FastTech shipments have seen multiple Rejections/Returns.

If this was just one or two orders, no matter the vendor, I would simply take it with a grain of salt, call it an aberration and move on. But it’s not. With FastTech there is enough data to form a trend and it’s not a good trend. And FastTech support has been of zero help. At this time I will not be ordering anything from them again….. FastTech is on the Black List.

That toothpick crossbow looks pretty cool, though of course kinda dangerous.

If it works well, it would make a good toy for someone that is responsible and wouldn't try to hurt anyone or any animals.

Don’t be so “fast” (haha) to put the blame on FT for that.

Only time that ever happened to me was from Sofirn/AX for a Q8 reflector or LED board (forgot which). Was on its way, then I saw notice that it was rejected and sent back. Wtf?

I was told to just reorder it. Basically get credited for the original order as a no-show, but reorder it anew, and I gave up at that point (long story).

Max is correct if all shipping from China took 2 months it would be one thing. Like I have stated the Convoy store basically sent my order twice and it took one month. I have another order coming Monday or Tuesday from the Convoy store wich will be 17 or 18 days. Aliexpress is averaging 14 days. When dealing directly with Mateminco they are averaging 12 days. I paid for faster shipping once from Mateminco 10 dollars or so,my package arrived in 8 days. Fasttech is consistently a much longer wait. But I will try them again in a few months.

Let us know when you try Fasttech again and how they do.

They used to be one of my go to vendors years ago but not anymore. I'll keep them on the Black list until they prove they can reliably deliver.

Tip for Neals Gadgets….If 5 days pass and the item is not shipped, it is likely out of stock. Using their facebook page IM them to ask, and they will then check on it and tell you it is out of stock. Why they do not just know that when ordered, or tell you when they know it is anybodys guess. If out of stock request a refund through the instant messenger on facebook. That is the only reliable way I have been able to contact them. All my orders that were not shipped within 5 days were out of stock, and all other orders were shipped and recieved in a timely manner…2-3 weeks.

I canceled the order of the toothpick crossbow. When I thought about it I could not see anything good coming out of it.I only saw possible disaster.

ok, I cant take it anymore, the guilt is giving me bad dreams.

I NAMED FASTTECH

Boy, I feel much better now.

The original goal was to deliver fast technology but for some reason people began to think it meant fast deliveries.

Ordered emitters and a few spare parts, it is true I didn’t get an order shipped email, but everything else worked out.
The email with the order confirmation came through.
Took about 31 days with free shipping.

Here is a listing of my 6 orders with FastTech that have caused my grief:

Hope that helps people. I’m NOT ordering from FastTech again until these delays change. You have been warned – so it’s recommended to think twice before ordering from FastTech.

Wow thats terrible obviously they have no respect for the customer. Thats why I only ordered one cheap light to see for myself how there shipping is. Some store in the US could make a whole lot of money it they carried Some of the brands only the China sites carry.

So its all your fault LOL
When they first started out they were somehow delivering in two weeks, many members were complimenting them though we had no idea how that was happening.
These days i don’t care as long as i get it as PayPal no longer has a 45 day dispute window, its 180 days.
So if my next order takes two months like the last one i won’t complain or swear off Fasttech.

After covid is done and things return to normal i would expect the standard one month on the slow boat.

Okay, quick summary of my order.

Placed 06-07, shipped 06-11 after parts were being collected. 2 parts were out of stock and I was asked whether I wanted to substitute, wait, or cancel. Chose to wait. The rest of the order except for those 2 doodads was shipped, got a pic of the wrapped package, the tracking number matches, etc. The other package will hopefully ship in a few days. (And I’ll get a pic and tracking number for that, too.)

So, not bad at all, given that a) I was kept informed of parts being OOS and asked what I preferred to do, b) the partial shipment was sent as to not hold up the entire order because of 1-2 no-shows, and c) I’ll eventually get everything even though it’ll cost FT to send 2 packages vs only 1.

No fake tracking numbers, no black hole of information or email, nothing… bad. Everything above-board, kept in the loop as to what was going on, legit tracking numbers, etc. So, yeah, that kinda inspires confidence, no?

@Lightbringer   I'm glad you are having a successful order with FastTech. They communicated very well and they got that one order out in only 4 days. That's great!  And I hope for your sake that the trend continues for you as I read that you won't order from AliX because they charge tax and FastTech does not. It pisses me off too but I put up with it. To each their own I guess. Here's wishing you continued good luck with your FastTech orders!

In the past 8 weeks I've placed these 6 orders with FastTech and about 20 orders with AliX, and a few with Banggood. All of my AliX orders are being delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.

As for me, here's an update on my 6 FastTech orders as of today:

FastTech Order Status

The order with the April 11th date should be delivered early next week. As for the other FastTech orders we'll have to wait and see.

The whole purpose of my posts here is to try and help. I want to pass on my recent experience so others may make informed decisions and give y'all a heads-up before you place an order with a vendor. Just trying to help.

I finally received my order from Fasttech. So they ask how they did.I told them 42 days to receive package longest wait by far. So first they tried to say it was shipped Aliexpress I then pointed out it was not. So there response to that was spend more on shipping lol

Remember the good old days when Chinese products would arrive from china wrapped in brown paper and tied with string? The address was also hand written. Those were the days.

The Item is at the shippers warehouse

Can anyone tell me the next stage of tracking? This is the 3rd tracking number they gave me. As the last 2 have been rejected. How long does it take to change to the next stage?

I’m waiting for 6 knives from them.

No, not talking to myself… LOL

Quick followup, got my goodies a coupla days ago, so 19 days, or under 2wks. 2 items not-in-stock were refunded less’n a day after I said okay (vs waiting, etc.), everything went smoothly. No complaints.

It spent about a week (over?) in a sorting center in LA before being sent on its merry way, so that’s stateside, not overseas.

I’m… happy. LOL
