FW1A XPL-HI underperforming

I recently received fw1a and i used last night. And i realised a problem. it seemed to be under performed. i feel like fw3a had more throw. (i was correct)

So when i came home i did quick measurement. lumen seems fine like ~1300lm (turn on)
but when i measured throw its 15 kcd (i wish i could add photos here)

Then im so confused. i suspect op reflector is doing something and i swap gt nano’s smo reflector. throw incresed to 23kdc.
Factory specification is 40kcd. (im less than half)

What i have to do im so confused. should i try convoy s2 reflector? or something else? or contact with lumintop?

Im also planing to swap led to osram cslnm1. But again im so confused. why so low throw. (My fw3a throws 15.3kcd)

Edit:
I looked some reviews 1 lumen measured exact same throw with me 15kcd
zeroair measured 32kcd.

Also i forrgot to mention i measured 10m indoor.

Does your FW1A use a large hole reflector with a big gasket? I’ve heard that the initial run used properly shaped reflectors, but for the FW1A Pro a different dual purpose reflector was designed for xhp50.2 compatibility. The new reflector replaced the old, and suffered in performance compared to the old one, but I suppose Lumintop didn’t want to mfg and stock 2 types of similar reflectors.

Yes i have big hole reflector. Now i need to find smo reflector for that size.

I think convoy s2 reflector will be okay. Its taller few mm but i can sand it down. It also have mass around reflector. It will improve thermal.

Please let us know how that works. I’m interested in a smo reflector for my FW1A Pro.
