Convoy m21c-u

Hi,I need some advice. I’m considering purchasing a Convoy m21c-u.They have xhp 70.2 led with the option from 6000k thru 3000k.I think that’s all the options. Does anyone know what the beam would be like in a xhp 70.2 in either 4000k or 3oook .If you do please let me know I’m trying to get away from 6500k. Thats mostly what I went with with my early purchase. Thanks Jimo

I sure was hoping someone would have a opinion on this light with a xhp70.2 in 3000k or 4000k.

I have a M3-C with a a 5000k 70.2 in it. I like it a lot. Throwy with spill. OP relector.

Thanks for informing

Really wondering if anyone has a xhp70.2 with 3000k or 4000k, if so what’s it like, Jimo

dont have that light but expect a floody beam, if u go with warmer tints dont expect it to throw far.

here is a review

Cool white = brightest
Warm white = pleasant on the eyes, better color rendering although not always.

From what I understand the warmer the LED, the thicker the phosphor layer is, which blocks more and more light depending on the tint

Thanks for the information

I have the 3000K and had never had a light that warm before, I more or less just wanted to try it. Most of my lights are 5K-6.5K. Well the Convoy M21c-u XHP70.2 in 3K is probably my favourite tint or led color. It’s gorgeous, I recommend it. I don’t like the speed of ramping in this light but that’s a minor issue really, they are nice well made lights.

I think Simon mentioned it has been slowed down a bit now

Thanks that is very helpful
