Well, I own the SD75. It’s junk, no low voltage protection (kills batteries if not removed from flashlight) and output about half of what was advertised.
SD90 is a very different light, but if you have problems, good luck getting a response from lumintop.
Have you considered the Wildtrail WT90?
€ 267,05 + € 20,03 +23% VAT it’s bad deal for SBT90.2 light. 
Have a look for the codes on here. They can be had for $152.00 (plus shipping and tax), which is a very good deal for a SBT90.2 1Mcd light
