They tell it’s either 3A or 3B bin. They are also on sale at the moment.
but why there's no 5000K 3V in XHP50.2 datasheet?
all 5000K are D, so 6/12V
Do I miss something?
They are quite rare. Cutter has them in 3B chromaticity and they specifically tell they are 5400K. Apart from Cutters stock I havent found anyone else offering them, and shipping from Cutter can be too expensive for just a few leds.
ordered 8 and they cancelled it
Weird. I ordered 6 just before their holiday started, and they sent them almost immediately.
I ordered qty 5 on Oct 16th, received yesterday. I modded an old BTU PK26 (still a nice compact 26650/26350 light) by replacing a SST-40 6500K in it with a new XHP50.2 3V from Sofirn. It's definitely a warmer tint than all the other XHP50.2 3V's I have so appears to be a legit 5000K tint. I don't have a known legit 5000K to compare it with.
The PK26 has a 30 mm I.D., shallow, OP reflector - nice setup for a XHP50.2. Compared to an Astrolux EC01, the EC01 has a ~27mm I.D, avg depth, OP reflector.
Pieces showing the newly installed XHP50.2 3V 5000K:
Compared to the EC01, PK 26 on the left:

Can't see much difference between the last two because of auto white balance but the side by side shots make it clear.
Got some on Friday, three went into a TrustFire 3T6 Pro:
Much more fun now.
Wonder what one would look like in a IF22A? I really like the xhp50.2 in my EA01.
And today I had the opportunity to measure CCT. They are legit 5000K LEDs.
Nice, thanks for testing! I'm not set up for CCT measuring, wish I was.
These should be nice in Convoy 3x21A triple. It could sustain very high lumens.
