  • Internal resistance: 24mOhm ( Appr) AC 1kHz

This is a high capacity 18650 cell with moderate current capability.

The two cells tracks nicely, they can deliver up to 10A, above there is heat problems.

Conclusion
The cells works nicely, but the internal resistance increases more than usual when the cell is near empty.

Thanks for the write-up HKJ. Got a couple of these two weeks ago. Tests ok 3337 & 3313 @1A with S4+

I’m considering these 20A /10A continuous cells for some medium drain lights, HKJ’s graphs above shows they will provide up to 20A (with heat issues above 10A)… But the BAK 1N18650CP you linked are only rated 6.5A Max, so I’m curious why you say it looks like those under the wrapper?

My guess is due to the 5-lobe top design, which is typical for many BAK 18650 batteries.

However, I think the 5-lobe top design might also be used by other manufacturers (I'm not well-versed enough if this is the case).
